TranslateAt Huize Zwaanies we are looking for a new roommate (M)! In our cozy house, right in the center, a room will become available as of June 1st. This room is 20m2 with fitted wardrobes and its own sink. Located at the back of the house, so you won't be bothered by the street noise either. Furthermore, our house consists of 2 ladies and 2 men, of which you can become one! We try to organize something together every now and then, but if you're a bit more on your own, that's okay too! Rent is currently €459 incl. The only thing you share with your housemates is the Wi-Fi, which is about €10 per month. We also share the bathroom, kitchen and toilet. With a weekly cleaning schedule, this is always neat and clean. Furthermore, there is a shared roof terrace of about 30m2!! Are you interested?
